Meet our daughter, Polly Pocket

Maddy met her cousin Rory today-all of the pictures came out terribly though, so there is only one posted. Rory christened Maddy "Tilda-baby" and promptly tried to remove her feet. No, Rory, Maddy is not a Polly Pocket.

Goodbye Yellow Horde

Maddy had been battling a case of jaundice, but it is gone now and she is starting to look pasty white just like her parents. Michael has discovered this website and, as he likes to catalogue things, has proudly published Maddy's List O' Stuff. Check it out.

Or something out of a Cronenberg film. Maddy's umbilical cord fell off. It chased the cat around for a bit, but we were able to beat it into submission with a broom and get rid of it.

"I'm soooo tired..."

August-something- We are tired!!! Can you tell? Actually Maddy is a wonderful baby thus far, so we are on the look out for that to change. She is recovering from a case of jaundice-check out the nifty glow-in-the-dark pic in the photo album-she's our little lightening bug!

Home Sweet Home

Maddy came home today. For the first time in a few days, her eyes are wide open-like she's looking around for something to steal.

Mathilda Wednesday (yes, we realize it was a Monday. We just like the name) Robinson was born at 5:54 PM at Reston Hospital Center, weighing 7lbs 4oz at 20 inches. Thanks to the miracle of drugs, mom didn't feel a thing. Hoorah for drugs!!!!
